I know these things because I did all of them, and more, for thirty years. The good news is is that I have learned to love the heck out of myself at fifty-one and stop using numbing out as a solution to living; I have un-numbed myself.

January 21st - February 24th
A virtual live workshop curated with love to teach you the exact steps I’ve taken to love myself and my body (during perimenopause), quit drinking after 30-years, and bust past the fear that held me back for decades.
Free To Love Me is a simple step-by-step process that will clear the path of confusion of what to eat, drink, and how to feel better during the middle of life. FTLM asks you questions and gets down to business right out of the gate. There is no fluff or filler and no lack of honesty from me as your coach.
You already have everything it takes to change what isn’t working in your life, I simply guide you and help you bring out what you have been hiding inside for way too long.
After completing the Free to Love Me workshop you will:
Conquer fear for good to live a beautifully scared and courageous life
Know your bodies hunger signals and how to eat to fullness
Eat with love and honor for your body without deprivation or calorie counting
Have a rock solid morning ritual and beauty ritual to help you feel and look better immediately
Know exactly where alcohol fits, or doesn’t fit, in your life and be clear on if you need to stop drinking
Have a plan to help you feel the pain during the un-numbing process
Know how to nurture yourself vs sabotage yourself
Have the answers to the following questions: What do I want? How do I feel? What lights my pants on fire?! Do I want to eat a donut or an apple?
Have a plan for each day instead of willy-nillying it (willy-nillying does not belong in the middle of life)
Want to move your body daily through fun exercise and you will love the benefits that movement gives you
Love yourself unconditionally (or at least be on the right path, I know this takes time) and embrace your beautiful aging body

Why me as your coach?
Hello, I’m Lori! For the past five years, I have practiced self-awareness and grace to embrace my body and my reality as I age. At fifty-one, I have found excitement about my life and a love for myself like I never thought possible.
Prior to this time, I guzzled Chardonnay like it was water, ate fast-food burritos for breakfast, and I broke out in hives and panic attacks over the littlest of things. I told myself I couldn’t handle life; I needed comfort food and wine to numb my existence.
It is my mission in life to help you find freedom and joy and have fun as you age without outside numbing agents and without facing your fear and punching it in the face! The time is now, sister; and it starts with love.
I want you to know that I’ve got YOU! I’m so confident that this plan will work in your life and change how you view yourself, your body, and your day-to-day routine. I promise to be with you every step of the way to make sure you feel the love towards yourself and better your life.

What you will learn in Free To Love Me …
Week One: It Starts With Love
You will learn how to love yourself first and surrender to what you are fighting with inside. You will not change anything until you embrace and let go of what is holding you back and open your heart to YOU.
Session One Training:
Fear and Me to start the un-numbing process and punch fear and self-doubt in the kisser
Learn to plan your day (24 hours) not your life to gain control over your energy and time
Learn how to nurture yourself vs. sabotage yourself to trust and believe in YOU
Surrender To The Fight mantra’s to lead you down your self-love path
Week Two: What’s Aging Got To Do With It?
I believe 100% that the love we develop for ourselves comes as we age if we let it. Aging is a gift denied to many, but sometimes is sucks! You will create a plan to age with confidence and feel beautiful inside and out as you navigate through the wonderful journey of change (aka perimenopause.)
Session Two Training:
Perimenopause and Me learn how to accept your changing body and create an action plan to help you feel better and thrive during peri and post-menopause
You will practice self-awareness to tap into what lights you up and what dims your flame to bring out your joy, spirit, and beautiful self daily
Learn how to fall in love with aging by shaking things up with beauty rituals and self-care to bring out your confidence and badassery every single day
ROCK a Selfie (yes, you will!)
Week Three: Build Your Mental Strength
Together, we will bust through your limiting beliefs to build yourself up, instead of tearing yourself down. You will learn how to use STAR Talk to help you stay on course when no one is looking and exercise and music as therapy; this session will make you feel ALIVE.
Session Three Training:
Exercise and Me you will move your body daily for 10 minutes (or more) and learn how to incorporate exercise into your life without justifications or excuses
You will build a plan using tools and resources provided to create a daily mental conditioning practice that will set you free from self-doubt and insecurity
I will teach you the basics of strength training for women over 40 to change your body composition and help you to feel strong and confident
You will create a list of STAR Talk vs. Wimpy Words that you will practice daily to transform your mood and strengthen your voice (because you are a badass midlife gal!)
Weeks Four and Five: Feel Better With Food and Sobriety
Nothing has changed my life more than quitting drinking. I questioned my drinking for a couple of years before I quit so don’t worry if you are not already sober, you will ask yourself simple (and important) questions to help you decided where you stand with alcohol. You will also explore and experiment and track how you feel before, during and after you eat.
Sessions Four and Five Training
Food and Me ADD in nutrients and easy-to-follow recipes to give you a boost throughout the day
Learn how to slow down and eat to fullness (part of the un-numbing process) and identify habits and eating behaviors that no longer serve you
Track your hunger and create a self-awareness eating plan to never diet again
Alcohol and Me get clear on why you drink, how you feel about alcohol in your life, and if you want to quit for good
Together, we will explore the benefits of living a sober life and never relying on alcohol to numb out again
*Disclaimer: Free To Love Me is not a recovery program nor a teach you how to moderate your drinking plan. I have broken this session up into two weeks because we will cover a lot of information to help YOU decide what is best for you when it comes to eating and drinking alcohol.
Week Five (and 1/2): It Ends With Love
We will wrap up our time together with a sweet and beautiful practice for you to take with you in love and light.
