I’m going to guess that you are fired up to live your dream (mid) life and stop holding yourself back from your greatness. Am I right?
I see you.
I understand you.
I’m much like you.
As you approach the middle of life you feel a tug at you that tells you life is fleeting; who am I and what do I want, and how long do I have to figure it out.
The time is now, sister!
You have the experience, the wisdom, and the power to take control of your journey and stop settling for less than an exceptional life.
Sure, the middle of life can seem daunting at times. Menopause symptoms, empty nest, financial issues, aging parents, loss, divorce, grieving, and menopause symptoms, oh wait, I already said that. It’s a lot, I know. I also know that you are a woman who has been through pain, loss, and a realm of BS, and you have survived; time and time again.
You can have anything you want in life because you are you; strong, capable, and curious (curiosity is RAD.) Cue Helen Reddy, I am Woman Hear Me Roar!
The vision that I have for my life today looks nothing like what it did when I turned 40. The middle of my life brought on a total life-change that I never (in a million years) thought would happen; I got sober after thirty years of drinking.
My sobriety is the catalyst for restructuring my life to what I only thought was a dream that I would never fulfill. As a kid, I believed that I wasn't good enough because I was shy, a little chubby, and a social misfit. When I took my first drink in 1982, I thought I had found the answer to living my life; unafraid and socially confident. I took liquid courage to a whole new level.
Through years of panic attacks, weight gain then loss, then gain again, financial mishaps, the loss of my mom to cancer, and perimenopause H.E.L.L.; I decided to stop living like I had no control over my life and took my power back to gain trust and belief in myself for the very first time at forty-five.
All of the mess I’ve been through is the reason why I serve other women by coaching and sharing my story; it is the reason that I exist.
My mission is to empower you to accept yourself, embrace your body, connect with your needs, and change your path to living your out-of-this-world dream adventure called life!
On a personal note, my birthday is November 11, 1967 (yes, 11/11,) I’m a Southern California native, a mom to an intelligent and sweet teen boy, and a wife to my funny + handsome husband since 1999.
I’m dog obsessed and have long and meaningful talks with our rescue pup, Beatrice (she gets me). I love to laugh, dance in my living room while listening to rap music, watch Bravo T.V., and my passion for empowering women wakes me up at 4:30 a.m. every single day.
