Episode 189
My most favorite time of year is the week before New Year’s when I plan and dream and set an intention for the NEW Year. I’m grateful that I get another chance to rewrite, regroup, and focus on what I want most.
Over the past five years, I’ve gone from thinking in terms of making a resolution to thinking in terms of intention and action. Let’s face it, we can set all the resolutions and goals we want, but if there isn’t meaning behind why we created them in the first place, we forget and there is no action taken. As we get older, the years go faster, and our brain wants to tell us that it’s too late to achieve what we want to achieve. It’s up to us to prove ourselves WRONG by creating a plan and working to make slow progress so that next year at this time, we are not in the same place we are today.
You will learn:
How to set an intention for 2022
Supplies I use to plan and reflect
Why you should set a them for the new year
Why you should celebrate ALL of your accomplishments
Aligning yourself to who you want to be on 12/31/22
