A Holiday Gift Guide for Midlife Women Living Alcohol-Free
What started as a personal quest to find gift ideas for my Christmas wish list, ideas that weren’t just sitting in my Amazon cart, turned into a fun project.
Welcome to my first-ever Holiday Gift Guide!
I'm all about treating yourself to gifts throughout the year, especially when you are doing the work to live alcohol-free in midlife.
The gifts in this guide are meant to give to yourself or someone you love, whether it's during the holidays or throughout the year.
From handmade to higher-end, I've included items that I use and would enjoy receiving. The images marked with a star are suggestions from some of the women in my community, Team Alcohol-Free.
From me to you - enjoy!
