A Holiday Gift Guide for Midlife Women Living Alcohol-Free

What started as a personal quest to find gift ideas for my Christmas wish list, ideas that weren’t just sitting in my Amazon cart, turned into a fun project.

Welcome to my first-ever Holiday Gift Guide!

I'm all about treating yourself to gifts throughout the year, especially when you are doing the work to live alcohol-free in midlife.

The gifts in this guide are meant to give to yourself or someone you love, whether it's during the holidays or throughout the year.

I’ve officially stepped into my cozy era. Slippers, pajamas, socks, and candles are my favorite ways to relax, and this year, The Warmie is getting added to the mix.
