Episode 167

Do you ever let yourself do nothing?

On episode 167 I talk about how important it is to let yourself be lazy sometimes, and what the sweetness of doing nothing really means.

I used to be so focused on working that I had no idea how to relax.  There is always too much to do, and it can be easy to forget about taking care of yourself.  Obviously, we have responsibilities and things we need to do, but taking a small chunk of time out of your day to do nothing can be so healing.  It is so important to realize that you can be both ambitious and lazy; it doesn’t have to be either-or.

HEY THERE!

I'm a "busy" gal just like you who LOVES to check things off of her list before I give myself permission to do nothing - aka REST.

I’ve been dreaming of my Eat, Pray, Love moment for a bit and since I won’t be traveling for a year alone, I decided to make this year, my WILD year, where I spent intentional time with myself.

This episode is created to help you take a step back, ask yourself some questions, and reflect on what you would feel like if you allowed yourself to just BE.

I'm with you!
