Matt Pink has taken the alcohol-free world by storm since starting his @better_life_guy Instagram account in 2021, amassing a significant following and pioneering some of the largest alcohol-free events ever seen in the UK.
Matt is the author of the Amazon best-selling book ‘Better me, Better you’ which was released in November 2021. Matt has been alcohol-free since April 21st, 2020, and has since fully qualified as an alcohol-free coach. He is also the co-founder of dryyapp, which he will talk about today.
He now sees his purpose in life as helping as many people as possible to remove alcohol from their life.
