Sheree has written and presented on topics ranging from finding your passion to overcoming career burnout. Her Fork in the Road coaching practice keeps her busy working with clients one-on-one and in groups on creating an authentically fulfilling life. In her personal time, Sheree and her cat Lotus work on their yoga poses.  

Sheree shares her story of changing her career, eliminating trying to get things “perfect” and what is keeping midlife women up at night, we talk about guilt, taking care of others in our first half, how to not let your thoughts and feelings fester, and how to tap into your courage and stop holding yourself back from living the second half of life for yourself!
