What’s Inside Elevate
Elevate (originally Team Alcohol-Free) started in 2023 and was focused more on quitting drinking.
Today, we are solely focused on guidance and friendship while learning how to live alcohol-free later in life.
Inside, you’ll find genuine guidance from me and connection with a small group of Elevators (the OG’s since 2023-24-25) who are welcoming, warm, and excited to meet you.
We’re not meant to go this road to alcohol freedom alone.

Hello, I’m Lori.
I stopped drinking in 2013, and I was as alone as alone can be. I didn't have a guide. I didn't have one girlfriend who was choosing the alcohol-free lifestyle.
I'm a I can do it myself midlife woman. Born in 1967, raised by a mom who did it all and never asked for help. I thought I would take my choice to stop drinking to the grave. Until I came across Instagram in 2015, created an anonymous account, To 50 and Beyond, and found my sober people. I didn’t have to do it alone. I never did.
I know I missed out when I see the connections being made inside Elevate, but I also know this is why Elevate exists. If you’re open to it, having me as your mentor and friends who are alcohol-free, can be a game changer in both going and staying alcohol-free.

Short answer, no, you don’t have to be alcohol-free.
Longer answer, I suggest being actively working on going alcohol-free so you can get the best out of your investment.

At this time, our calls take place on either Tuesday at 10 am PST., or Thursday at 4 pm PST.
Call schedule is always subject to change. This has been the schedule since 2023.

Year One Membership is for women who are interested in going alcohol-free through their first year.
Beyond a Year is for women who are nearing the one year mark or beyond.

We are not an anonymous community, but many members only use their last initial.
Once you join, you can update your profile at anytime. On Zoom, you just need to have your first name so I know who is joining.

Choose monthly if want to try out the membership. You can come and go, however if there is a special rate you joined at, it may not be available again.
Choose quarterly if you want to take your time, meet new friends, and save a little money.

No. 😅 It’s on a private app called Mighty Networks. I’ve been on the platform since 2020 and find that it is the best place for our community.

Whether joining for a month of quarterly, your payment is set to auto renew until you cancel.
You can cancel at anytime before your next billing date.
There are no refunds.

Calls are not the only way to connect inside Elevate. In fact, the daily feed (looks like Facebook but is not), and new features I’m trying out - live group chats, and live streams with me will be there for those who can’t join calls.
