Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Arrive on time for sessions
Communicate honestly
Take responsibility for your decisions and results
Respect confidentiality
Complete any and all payment arrangements regardless of deciding to cancel coaching

Confidentiality

Coaching is confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.

3. Elevate Membership Terms

Elevate, formerly Team Alcohol Free, is hosted on Mighty Networks.

Membership may include:

Community discussions and resources
Live calls
Peer support and connection

Community Conduct

You agree to:

Follow community guidelines
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Communicate respectfully
Not share login credentials
Not distribute community content without permission

Fees and Renewal

Membership pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout.

If you purchase an installment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for guideline violations or inappropriate behavior.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds.

This includes:

Membership purchases
Installment payments
Digital products
Coaching packages unless otherwise stated in a signed coaching agreement
