I want what you want outside of drinking alcohol.

I wanted to feel better and create a different future for myself when I decided to stop drinking on August 11, 2013.

I tried for two years to moderate my drinking so that I could continue drinking and feel better, but it wasn’t happening. The less I drank, the more I wanted, and the worse I felt about myself.

For thirty years, I believed that alcohol was the reason I was able to relax, have fun, and be confident. I was wrong about this, but I didn’t realize it until I stopped drinking. It wasn’t me. It was alcohol.

I specialize in helping women 35 and over stop drinking and transition to an alcohol-free lifestyle that helps them create the future they want for themselves.
