I suggest printing seven pages for the week to get into the habit of planning. The dashboard is black and white for a reason, it’s for you to color it in. Grab your pens, highlighters, and stickers, and have fun personalizing your pages. Use the sample page as inspiration to get started.
Download and print your Self-Care Non-Negotiable page, and fill it in with your favorite self-care practices. Use the inspiration page to help you get started.
Set a reminder on your phone or a post-it to listen to the Daily Shift audios in the morning, afternoon, and evening this week, so you can get into the habit of doing a daily “shift” check-in.
