Episode 220

What if you had $100 a day to spend on your energy?

If you equate it to $100 cash - what can you buy for $100? You have thoughts, feelings, and activities, people who deposit money into your account, and thoughts, feelings, and people that withdraw and overdraw your account.

Most women, including myself, think we are supposed to have a bank full of thousands of dollars to spend on energy throughout the day to be productive and get things done and help others, but we don’t.

We must be reasonable with ourselves, not because we are OLD in midlife and beyond, but because we are HUMAN and humans need breaks and boundaries and self-care to conserve their energy throughout the day.

What You'll Discover:

  • How to keep a balance of $100 a day by doing things that boost your energy

  • How to identify where your energy is being spent

  • The importance of sleep for energy dollars

  • Why drinking and hangovers are a big spend in midlife

  • How I plan for "low energy" days
