How Was Your Week? A Simple Reflection

This is the very first episode in my new series, The Weekend Shift.

The purpose of this episode is to help you reflect on your week by asking three questions: What did I do this week, what didn’t I do, and what do I want to leave before the weekend starts.

In the episode, I share how weekends originated (just learned this at 58!) and my reflection from the week. I focused on meditation, didn't push myself, and I'm letting go of all the things I tell myself I have to do before the weekend starts.

Weekends are about rest and recovery. I hope you give yourself plenty of time to do just that.
